We created Five Walnut with the intention of building a construction company that is honest, reliable, personable, accessible, and completely legit at building. We strive to be everything we would want in a contractor for our own home.
MARK LOPEZ
Five Walnut’s GC, Mark, will manage your project from start to finish, ensuring we remain within budget, stay on track with the timeline, and that all details are carried out according to plan. He has a passion for building and design and wants the final result to be exactly what you envision and more. He listens well and executes each project with your vision, ideas, and priorities at the forefront.
“I’ll just say it...in the construction world, there is no perfect job that goes exactly as planned. There are always changes, revisions, unexpected findings, and more. However, we are here to communicate with you throughout the process, making sure we are staying transparent, on budget, and on timeline...good character and effective communication are key. It truly takes a team effort to complete a project well...and I'm a team player."

You won’t see Reauna on site every day, but she works hard behind the scenes to ensure projects are running as smoothly as possible.
“I always say, our goal is to build you something that gives you that ‘I can’t believe this is my house’ feeling every time you look at it...and a space where you can kick back and relax because your new space represents YOU, and makes you feel like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. We also want you to enjoy the process because it’s a beautiful thing to watch your vision be built into reality.”
